Over time, humans have wielded their axes like best friends, felling trees and destroying nature without foreseeing the dire repercussions that awaits them ahead. 

Armstrong Agoreyo, a renowned artist from Delta State, Nigeria, is celebrated for his extraordinary paper collages that transform everyday scraps into vivid masterpieces.

I studied Fine Art at the University of Benin and later pursued my Masters at the University of Derby in the United Kingdom in 2023.

Through my drawings and wall installations, I aim to illuminate the delicate relationship and balance that must coexist between humanity and the natural world, while also underscoring the need for sustainability and environmental stewardship. The use of wall installations further allows me to craft immersive experiences that deeply engage viewers, prompting them to reflect on their interactions with nature. By incorporating natural elements and African motifs into my work, I strives to cultivate a sense of interconnection and raise awareness about the critical importance of preserving our environment for future generations.
